Sensory overload

A very stressful day! Everyone needed something from me. When I tried to help, sometimes I just made it worse. The babies were crying, Doug needed help filling out a Social Security Disability form, the dog was barking, the tv was babbling, the dog was barking, Doug was yelling at the dog to stop barking.......You get the picture! I called Caro and said OMG I need to go out tonight. Panera, Borders,Shop Rite then home and once again after a good nights sleep I will be ready to start another day!
