Preschool

Grandma picking up Sam.

Red Day -An Apple with handprint stem

Blue Day - blue water, don't eat the fish!

Looks worse than it is

Pop was a traveling salesman for Gulf Oil. He drove a company car to all of his accounts. This side of his face, the left side, was almost always in the sun, hence the greater risk for skin cancer. Stay tuned for the new improved face........coming eventually. A great Frankenstein, right?

Pop-Pop

Pop-Pop otherwise known as Dad has come through his latest medical adventure with flying colors. Last week on Wednesday Pop went for a non-stress stress test to see if his heart could withstand a three hour operation under anesthesia. He has a perfect heart. Nothing is blocked and he was cleared for surgery.
This week on Wednesday, my sister Chris, Caroline and I took Pop to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center for same day surgery.(What they really mean is stay all day). The cancer on the left side of his face was removed (He will need this are radiated), his left groin was biopsied for possible nodules, and then the plastic surgeon took over and basically took loose skin from Pop's neck and pulled it up to cover where the cancer was on his cheek. So not only is his heart and face ok.....he will have one of the most original halloween costumes around!

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall.......?

Can you find my Birthmother? This gathering is of the Lamontagne brothers and sisters. 10 siblings in all! My half brother Dana sent me a copy of this photo via E-mail. It is a little bit freaky to see your resemblence in so many faces. Adrienne Dupuis is in the second row , the only woman in the middle. She was 75 in this picture. She is now 79 and weighs 99 lbs., but is very spry and energetic.
