Spring has arrived finally!
I cleared the debris, transplanted things I wanted to save, planted the new plants and earned 3 weight watcher activity points. I probably won't be able to move tomorrow. I also bought 12 bags of black mulch that is waiting for another day. I will put down layers of newspaper first and then cover with mulch, to keep the pesky weeds out.

My favorite Player
Samantha has the determination and concentration needed on the field. This is her second year of baseball and her enthusiasm is still apparent. She is five, in Kindergarten and will be 6 in July.
Abigail gets to go too, but needs her beauty sleep. Cheering never bothers her.

Grandma smiles
My fourth grandchild is brilliant! At the ripe old age of 7 weeks Abigail finds Grandma funny. She really is smiling and trying to "talk" even if it does look like she is crying or in pain sometimes. Of course it doesn't matter to Grandma, who got her first Abigail smiles today!
These pictures were all shot in sequence and as you can see after smiling so hard Abigail needs a nap!
